Our site is provided by Employment Law Friend which is a trading name of Boast Consultancy (Employment Law Friend, We or Us) with our office in Sark, GY10 1SF. Employment Law Friend is not regulated by the SRA and is not authorised to provide legal services by legal services regulator under the Legal Services Act 2007. Employment Law Friend Advisors are not qualified solicitors, and as such the ethical and professional standards are as per the law in general terms of engagement.

The employment solicitors introduced by Employment Law Friend are regulated by the SRA in England and Wales. Employment Law Friend introduces you to a select panel of service providers who you can choose to contract to perform the service for you. Please read the Terms for each service provided.

Access to Our Site
Reasonable efforts will be made to keep Our Site available for use; however, access is not guaranteed to be available all the time. We will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered as a result of any periodic unavailability of Our Site.

We aim to acknowledge complaints on the day that they are received and respond in writing within 7 calendar days. During this time, we will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint.

We will work with you in resolving your complaint in a reasonable manner.

Employment Law Friend Advisors are not subject to the SRA Code of Conduct and are not authorised specifically to provide legal services by a legal services regulator under the Legal Services Act 2007.

We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.

We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of Our Site.
